** Unfortunately due to a growing number of no-shows I have had to introduce a Booking Fee of $150. This secures your Session and Viewing Appointment. This amount will be refunded in full no questions asked at your Viewing Session if you choose not to make any additional purchases or credited to any purchases you make.

This fee is strictly non refundable if you cancel either your session or viewing, but can be transferred to another time if you provide me with 24 hours notice. I am very pleased to be able to offer this complimentary service but to continue to do so, I need to ensure my time is valued in return, Thank You!
