What To Expect
One of the things couples tell me they find most reassuring is knowing exactly what to expect from the moment they book through to receiving their gallery.
So I wanted to walk you through the whole process — because it's a lot more supported and straightforward than most people expect.
TO BOOK
I'll need both of your full names, your venue, date, email address, and which package you'd like to book. A 30% deposit and signed contract secures your date exclusively. Shortly after you'll receive a photography timeline guide — a thoughtful framework for how time is typically allocated across a wedding day to help you with your planning
1 MONTH BEFORE
You’ll receive a detailed questionnaire from me. This allows me to gather the information I need to shape your photography timeline and understand what matters most to you. I’ll also ask for your vendor details so everyone is aligned.
3 WEEKS BEFORE
We’ll meet in person (or Zoom if you prefer) to walk through your day in full — your timeline, expectations, and any nuances that are important to you. This meeting ensures everything feels well paced, and thoughtfully planned. Following our meeting I'll produce a photography timeline and send it through for you to confirm — so on the day everyone is working from the same page.
AS YOU PLAN
I check in at key stages and I'm always available if questions come up around timing, portraits, or logistics. My role extends well beyond the camera.
ON THE DAY
Your job is simply to be there and enjoy it. I'll handle everything else.
THE NEXT DAY
You'll receive a carefully selected collection of preview images so you can revisit the feeling of the day straight away — and share with family and friends.
4 WEEKS AFTER
Your full gallery will be delivered via a private link with images in both high and low resolution, connected to a professional print lab if you'd like to order prints or artwork directly.
AFTER DELIVERY
If you'd like to create an album or artwork for your home I'd love to work with you on something timeless that reflects your wedding story.
